CherylLynn Walters

CherylLynn Walters is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She concentrates her practice in commercial and real estate litigation, land use (planning and zoning), affordable housing, real estate transactions, business formation, business sales and acquisitions, contract preparation, will preparation, and probate and estate administration. She has been recognized in South Jersey Magazine as a Top Attorney in Zoning and Land Use (2017), Top Attorney in Land Use Law (2014) and a Top Attorney in Eminent Domain (2012 & 2013).

She previously served as a solicitor for various municipalities and land use boards in South Jersey, and has over 20 years of civil litigation experience before various divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, as well as the Tax Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and various administrative agencies.

CherylLynn was the General Equity law clerk in the Burlington Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey, having served for the late Honorable Myron H. Gottlieb, P.J.S.C. until his retirement in January 2002 and thereafter as the General Equity law clerk for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. (retired). She also simultaneously served as a civil law clerk to the Honorable Marie White Bell, J.S.C. (retired).

CherylLynn graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, including a minor in international politics. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in 2001. She is a past member of the Vincent S. Hanneman Inn of Court and a current member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and various county bar associations..
