Jessica Witmer concentrates her practice in the area of complex corporate and commercial real estate transactions as well as estate planning. Jessica has experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting and negotiating a variety of transactions, including but not limited to buy-sell agreements, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreement and real estate contracts.
Prior to joining Nehmad Davis & Goldstein, Jessica worked in North Jersey and Westchester County, New York, assisting her clients with a vast range of business matters. In New York, Jessica also focused on assisting Credit Unions with their various compliance matters.
Jessica graduated from Stockton University in 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2013, where she earned a Certificate in Environmental Law. While at Pace University, she served as a senior associate on the Pace Environmental Law Review and served as the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Jessica also was a Gabel Environmental Advocacy Fellowship Recipient. She is licensed in New Jersey State, New York State, and the Southern District of New York.
Jessica was named to the 2020 New Jersey Rising Star List.* The Rising Star list recognizes the legal accomplishments of about 2.5% of New Jersey attorneys who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for
10 years or less.
Jessica grew up in Ocean City, New Jersey.
