Michael Lario focuses his work in the areas of land use, real estate transactions, tidelands claims, commercial litigation and local government law. He is also a certified mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court Civil Part.
Michael serves as solicitor to Weymouth Township, NJ advising on a variety of municipal matters and preparing ordinances, resolutions, shared service agreements and contracts.
During the pursuit of his law degree, Michael worked for several years as a law clerk at a regional firm in the Philadelphia area. Michael specialized in mortgage banking, working principally with banks and financial institutions.
He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark H. Sandson (retired), New Jersey Superior Court Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage. Michael is currently a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph’s Prep Alumni Association, as well as Greate Bay Country Club and currently resides in Ocean City, New Jersey.
