[Egg Harbor Township, NJ]: NDG attorney Eric Goldstein recently obtained final site plan approval and subdivision relief for the Montgomery Promenade Project in Somerset County New Jersey. The shopping center consists of a Whole Foods Market and 14 individual retail buildings, located on 54 acres in central New Jersey.

The NDG team of attorneys presented the application to the Montgomery Township planning board over the span of several hearings, in order to allow the proposed development to move forward.

Attorney Eric Goldstein argued that the property is particularly well-suited for the proposed plan of development, and the NDG team worked to satisfy the requirements of the final site plan approval which will allow for the development of hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial/retail space.The project will be a driving economic factor in Somerset County during the construction phase of development.Thereafter, the operational phase of development at the shopping center will create hundreds of jobs, and millions of dollars in tax revenue will be generated for the township and the State of New Jersey.
