In March of 2023, the City of Ocean City issued a notice to vacate the entire condominium property and prohibited occupancy of the individual units due to an alleged unsafe condition. However, with the help of Ray Went, approximately one month later the City lifted the prohibition to occupy the units and the unit owners represented by Ray Went are now able to occupy and use their condominium property for the summer season and beyond.
